There's not a ton of detail here for me to help a lot - how much are you under eating the first half of the week? How much are you over eating the second half of the week? If you look at your total calorie consumption as a per-week basis...it could work out. But you'd have to make it so that at the end of each week you still hit your overall calorie and macro goal (take each day's numbers x7 for the weekly goal). It doesn't seem very easy to achieve that. How I truly want to answer is...how do we get you to a more balanced week? How can you be more prepared so when you are eating, it's not all fast food? How can we create some healthy habits for you?
