As with nearly everything "macros" related, I have found that keeping it simple is key! Once you know what your pre-workout macros need to be, find something that works for you that you can prepare the night before - or on your meal prep day. I suggest something nice and easy, like a protein shake and a bagel. Something you could even eat on the way to the gym, or while you're getting dressed. A protein shake with oatmeal in it works great, too. If protein shakes aren't your thing, you could try making egg muffins on meal prep day, then just toss them in the microwave each morning. So many options! My best advice is to keep it simple. Find what works for you and stick with that. If you have time, toss some cereal into a protein shake - life-changing!
