Ingredients:
- 1 cups oat flour
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1.5 scoops NLA for Her protein powder (any flavor)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
Preparation Instructions:
Mix oat flour, protein powder, flax seed, baking soda and cinnamon into bowl. Slowly mix in wet ingredients: milk, vanilla and egg whites. Pour into a waffle maker and cook! While waffle is cooking, microwave frozen berries for 30-60 seconds. Pour heated berries over cooked waffles (healthy syrup!) and enjoy! Makes 6 waffles – freeze and enjoy for later!
