Georgia Peach here! I am a pediatric dietitian at a hospital where I am blessed to work with wonderful people, patients, and their families. I graduated from The University of Georgia with my Bachelor’s of Science in dietetics. GO DAWGS! I seriously love food and am so happy my career let’s me talk about how to nourish your body all day. I am married to a wonderful and supportive man who calls himself a “Jessie’s Guy”. Together, we have two fur babies and a camper named Lucille. We like to pack up our pups in the camper and explore the outdoors as much as we can! We try to spend as much time outside as possible by hiking, biking, and paddling around. When we’re not camping, our favorite date night is hanging out in our garage gym together and eating pizza after a great workout. I also love cooking and experimenting with new foods in the kitchen!
I have been a Jessie’s Girl since 2015. Buying my first Jessie’s Girl program was one of the greatest decisions of my life. Since becoming a JG, I have seen so much more than just physical transformations, but also amazing mental transformations. Being a Jessie’s Girl has helped me learn to love myself and develop the body confidence I have wanted for so long. I love being a part of this awesome group of strong women who constantly build each other up and help each other out. As a JG Ambassador, I am so excited to help others challenge themselves, eat all the food, and make this fitness thing a LIFESTYLE.

My favorite preworkout meal is a peanut butter banana shake. Mix together 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup oats, 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, and 8 oz almond milk.
My favorite post workout meal is grilled buffalo shrimp and homemade French fries.
I have completed MB1, MB2, and BB2. My favorite is MB1! I love being able to increase the weights throughout phase 2. It makes me feel so strong!
