2024 Jessie’s Girls 3k Challenge:

The 2024 3k Challenge follows an exclusive Jessie’s Girls Training Program that is only available to 3k Challenge participants. You must purchase and follow this training program throughout the 3k Challenge.

YOU MUST START THE CHALLENGE THE WEEK OF April 22nd, 2024.

Submit your registration form and upload your starting photo via the 3k Challenge form sent to you via email (that email is delivered between April 16-22 after your purchase). The deadline to submit this form and starting photo uploads is 11:59 PM (PST) on April 22nd, 2024.

If you have any registration changes after submitting your registration, please email help@jessiefitness.com with your changes. If you send an email to any other account, or notify us any other way besides help@jessiefitness.com your registration changes may not be recorded and you may be disqualified.

You are not qualified to win the 3k Challenge without submitting the registration form and starting photo upload.

Photo submission rules:

The starting and final photos you submit during the 3k Challenge must meet the minimum requirements:

Your starting and final photos must be taken in the same liking (same or very similar clothing and pose, same distance from camera, same angle, same background, and same lighting) and both photos MUST be in front of an uncluttered and neutral background with good lighting, not fuzzy/blurry, and must not be a collage of photos.

Each photo submitted (starting and final) needs to be one forward facing photo of yourself with a white card or sign (8.5”x11” minimum) that reads “#JESSIESGIRLS3k” with the week number showing (“WEEK 1” for your starting photo and “WEEK 8” for your final photo).

The writing on your card or sign can be in any order. As long as it is all there and SPELLED CORRECTLY. If #JESSIESGIRLS3K is not spelled correctly on your sign, you’ll need to resubmit your photos with the correct spelling (you wouldn’t imagine how many times this happens!)

Your card or sign MUST be clearly legible and NOT a mirror reflection. Your card or sign may NOT have the type placed on it digitally (via app, photoshop, etc), it must be written or printed out on the card at the time the photo is captured. If your card or sign is too small, blurry, ink too light, etc, you may be disqualified. 

Full body, forward facing photo is required. Your entry will not be valid if your head, face, arms and knees are not showing in each photo submitted throughout the challenge.

Feel free to flex or express yourself in the photo – as long as your head, arms and legs are all showing in the photo, it is valid!

You may wear anything that makes you feel like the goddess you are in the photo, please keep in mind that physical transformation is accounted for so please do not wear baggy clothing.

DO NOT COLLAGE OR PIECE TOGETHER MULTIPLE PHOTOS IN ONE PICTURE FOR YOUR OFFICIAL PHOTO SUBMISSIONS.

You must submit your starting photos by 11:59 PM (PST) on April 22nd, 2024.

You must submit your final photo after the Challenge ends by June 18th, 2024 at 11:59pm PST.

In addition to your photo submissions, you are encouraged to upload your official photos along with other photos of your sides and back to your social media and in the Facebook groups. The side, back and other angles are encouraged for you to measure your progress, but not required for the challenge.

Main Jessie’s Girls Facebook Group:

Once you purchase your 3k Challenge registration, please take a moment to join the main Jessie’s Girls Facebook group (that link is in your purchase receipt email) if you haven’t already.

3k Challenge Facebook Group:

You will also receive an email with a link to join the private Facebook group special just for the 2024 3k Challenge. This will be delivered to you starting April 16th. If you sign up for the 3k Challenge after April 16th, you’ll receive it within 48 hours of your sign up (no later than April 22).

In this private 3k Challenge Jessie’s Girls Facebook group is where your Jessie’s Girls Ambassador coaches and I will be following your journey throughout the challenge!

In this private 3k Challenge Facebook group is where any specific challenge-related questions can be supported (example: troubleshooting when uploading starting photos, questions about challenge rules, etc) as well as where key information will be shared.

LIVE Weekly Q&A’s:

The Live weekly classes will take place on Zoom or Facebook Live (within the private Facebook group – details will be sent out), participants are strongly encouraged to attend the weekly Q&As if they are able. A recording of each Live Q&A will be emailed out and posted in the private Facebook group each week for watching at a later time if you are not able to attend the live class. You will have the opportunity to submit your Questions in advance to Jessie for each week’s Q&A! Jessie will answer as many questions live as time permits.

Facebook Messenger Chat Groups:

You will be placed into smaller groups with women doing the 3k Challenge with you. These smaller groups will be Facebook Messenger Chat groups that your assigned Ambassadors creates and invites you into. Inside these Messenger Chat rooms is where you will receive small group support specifically from your assigned 3k Ambassador. Your Ambassador will set their own guidelines in her small group messenger chat (ex: when she’s available, when she checks in, if and when she will create messenger rooms for a live chat, etc). These small groups are there for you to bond with other Jessie’s Girls and to have your own Ambassador there to support you.

Instagram Recommendations:

A public Instagram account is encouraged, but not required. Having a public account helps us follow your Jessie’s Girls journey. During the 3k Challenge, we will look for your Instagram engagement using the following hashtags and tags. Also, if you would like a repost of your IG Stories and/or posts, make sure to tag us in your Stories, photos and post captions, too:

Winners:

Winners will be evaluated and selected based on the following:

• Overall lifestyle changes, consistency with nutrition on a macro-based diet, and physical transformation.
• Commitment and consistency with the 3k training program.
• Active participation in the challenge by participating in the weekly Q&As, small groups, and groups.
• Embodiment of being a part of the Jessie’s Girls Community by:
  • Engagement in the 3k Challenge Private Facebook group by sharing your journey and encouraging others on theirs.
  • Being a supportive and uplifting community member.
  • Engagement and posts on Social media with the hashtag #JessiesGirls3k 
• Participants must complete challenge registration form and upload both starting and final challenge photos with sign (see Terms & Conditions for all sign and photo details).

After careful review of all of the amazing 3k Challenge participants, finalists will be chosen by Jessie’s Girls staff and Ambassadors. Finalists will be announced between June 21-25, 2024. 

The Grand Prize Winner will be surprised anytime during June 22-July 10, 2024. The Grand Prize Winner’s surprise contact person will be notified and the surprise will be planned during this window – fun! The surprise contact person must be able to be reached, otherwise a new Grand Prize winner will be chosen. If the Grand Prize Winner lives outside of the US, Jessie Fitness, Inc reserves the right to replace the surprise travel to the winner’s hometown with a phone call.

The second and third place winners will be announced anytime during June 22-July 10, 2024.

And and all physical goods prizes must have a valid US mailing/shipping address. If prize winner does not have a US shipping address, that winner will not be mailed physical prizes unless prize winner pays for shipping of those prizes outside of the US. Any CBD products may not be able to ship outside of the US.

RULES and REGULATIONS:

Challenge is open worldwide. See limitations below.

Must be 18 years of age or older, female, not pregnant, and in good health or have doctor’s release to follow the workout and nutrition guidance. The Jessie’s Girls 3k Challenge (Challenge) is worldwide. (Contestant) must have a personal Facebook page to be qualified to win. Contestant’s personal Facebook page may be private and/or pseudonym named, it is only required so that Contestant can join and be a part of the Jessie’s Girls 3k private Facebook group throughout the Challenge. If you are not able to use your existing Facebook page for the Challenge, you may create a separate/alias/pseudonym Facebook page to access the Challenge Facebook groups, you’ll just need to notify Jessie Fitness of your new Facebook account and/or the name of it so you can be added in.

You must begin the 3k Challenge the week of April 22, 2024. Starting the challenge late may result in ineligibility of Contestant in Challenge.

Contestants will have private access to the Facebook groups with assigned Jessie’s Girls Ambassadors. Contestants are highly encouraged to be active and engaged in the Facebook group throughout the Challenge – this will be considered when determining finalists.

You must be a member of the Jessie’s Girls private Facebook Group to be eligible to Win this Challenge.

Failure to comply with these Rules will result in ineligibility of Contestant. This Challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Any communication regarding the Challenge will be sent to the e-mail used to register for the Challenge. It is Contestant’s responsibility to notify help@jessiefitness.com of a change of e-mail address or any change to Contestant’s registration.

All materials submitted become the property of Jessie Fitness, Inc and will not be returned.

Contestant must complete the entry form themselves. Only one entry per Contestant will be accepted; all preceding entries will be disregarded. False, deceptive or incomplete entries provided by Contestant shall render the entry ineligible.

Money prizes will be awarded in U.S. dollars and sent via Venmo or PayPal. Any costs associated with currency exchange or fees for sending money are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The prizes do not include taxes, insurance, personal expenses, gratuities, incidental charges or any other items not specifically described in the Rules and the foregoing are the Winner’s sole responsibility. Winners are responsible for determining applicability and payment of all taxes.

Any winner receiving a monetary prize of $600 or more will receive a 1099 from Jessie Fitness, Inc.

All Winners agree to sign any documentation requested by Jessie Fitness, Inc., including, without limitation, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form when selected and upon presentation of said form(s) by Jessie Fitness, Inc. If any document is returned as undeliverable or if a response is not received from any Winner or Surprise Contact person for Winner within 24 hours (Monday through Sunday) of attempted notification by Jessie Fitness, Inc, such Winner may be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner.

Winners are required and agree to participate in media coverage at Jessie Fitness, Inc’s request (ex: video production). Should the Winner be unable or unwilling to fulfill the obligations outlined in the Rules on this page, a substitute Winner will be named.

The official version of these Official Rules is the English language version. In the event of contradictions or discrepancies between different language versions of these Official Rules, the English language version takes precedent. Entrants must submit all materials and information in English. Jessie Fitness, Inc. is not responsible for translation of any submissions or information provided in another language. Failure to submit required information in English may result in disqualification.

In consideration of the acceptance of Contestant’s entry in the Jessie’s Girls 3K Challenge and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Contestant hereby takes action for themselves, their executors, administrators, agents, representatives, spouse, children, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns, and acknowledges and agrees as follows: (a) to be bound by the Rules; (b) that participation in the Jessie’s Girls 3K Challenge is voluntary; (c) Contestant is not a minor; (d) Contestant is of sound mind and body and have not been advised otherwise by qualified medical person; (e) Contestant is not pregnant; (f) Contestant possesses all rights and faculties necessary to execute, deliver and perform this agreement; (g) certifies that Contestant meet all eligibility requirements as set forth in the Rules, which I have read, understand, and agree to; (h) certifies that all photographs Contestant submits for the Jessie’s Girls 3K Challenge will depict only Contestant, will not be altered in any manner whatsoever, will be owned by Contestant and not require the consent of any other third party rights holder; (i) Contestant is fully aware and assume the risk of illness, accidents, injury, death, personal injury, bodily harm, emotional stress, psychological harm, property damage and all dangers potentially arising from or in connection with participation in the Challenge.

Further, Contestant irrevocably grants Jessie Fitness, Inc. the right to edit, modify and/or publish and copyright any content and/or images and video submitted for this Challenge. Jessie Fitness, Inc. does not make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

REFUND POLICY:

There are NO refunds on any part of the 2024 3k Challenge after April 20, 2024 at 11:59pm PST and/or any date and time once you have been sent any links to access the 3k Challenge training program, regardless if you have not downloaded it or received it on your end. Jessie Fitness, Inc’s website and email software can provide proof of sending email communication including a download link if requested. At any time before Jessie Fitness, Inc sends email communication and/or provides a download link to the 2024 3k Challenge Training Program, you may request a refund of your 3k Challenge registration if you request the refund via email to help@jessiefitness.com by April 20, 2024 at 11:59pm PST. After that date, there are no refunds on any part of your 3k Challenge purchase or registration.

DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Jessie Fitness, Inc. is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunction, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, access providers, or software, including any injury or damage to Contestant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Challenge; inability to access the entry website or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entry submissions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website. Proof of entering information or website is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All dates set forth in these Rules are approximate.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION OF THESE JESSIE’S GIRLS 3K CHALLENGE RULES TO THE CONTRARY, JESSIE FITNESS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO CONTESTANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS), EVEN IF JESSIE FITNESS, INC. HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Jessie Fitness, Inc. reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or amend the Jessie’s Girls 3K Challenge for any reason.

GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION: This Jessie’s Girls 3K Challenge will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada without regard to conflict of law principles. Any controversy arising under, in connection with or in any way relating to this Jessie’s Girls 3K Challenge shall be adjudicated before a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Reno, Washoe County, Nevada, U.S.A. Contestants and Winners and Jessie Fitness, Inc. (i) accept, generally and unconditionally, the exclusive jurisdiction of such court and any related appellate court, and irrevocably agrees to be bound by any judgment rendered thereby in connection with this Challenge, and (ii) irrevocably waives any objection it may now or hereafter have as to the venue of any such suit, action or proceeding brought in such a court or that such court is an inconvenient forum.
