Chocolate Covered Bacon
Sweet, savory and bound to make {almost} everyone happy… bacon and chocolate lovers unite with this fun snack! Easy to make and perfect to drop in your bag and munch on as you take on your busy life. Low sugar, too! Quality bacon will bring this recipe to the next level. Try adding a drizzle of peanut butter, or a sprinkle of sea salt to finish off these decadent eats.

Ingredients
- 12 slices thick sliced bacon
- 6 oz Lily’s dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place non-stick (oven safe) cooling rack atop baking sheet, line bacon across rack.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bacon reaches desired texture.
- Once finished, allow to cool on paper towels (pat away extra grease).
- While bacon is cooling, pour chocolate into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 15-30 second intervals, stirring in between until chocolate is melted.
- Dip bacon in chocolate and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place in freezer for 10 minutes or until chocolate is hardened.
