JG40 includes three, 40-minute, full-body workouts each week. Each workout engages your entire body plus provides extra emphasis on your glutes, upper body, and lower body. You will receive instructions for optional cardio (HIIT and steady state), as well as extra ab workouts you can add into the program. JG40 comes with with weekly training splits, lifting terms education, helpful tools for tracking progress over the 12 weeks, and so much more!

Gym & Home Workouts

We know you can’t always make it to the gym, and many of you strictly love training at home. So, for the first time in any Jessie’s Girls Training Program, we have built both gym and home workouts into this 12-week training program! Follow the gym or home version of the program or mix and match to fit into your schedule and life. This program was built to give you flexibility and save time without sacrificing the results you want!

Cardio & Ab Recommendations

The foundation of JG40 is 40-minute, full-body workouts just 3 times a week so you can make your fitness goals fit into your busy schedule. These workouts make it possible to build muscle and burn fat while keeping the rest of your life sane! If you have time to fit in extra workouts, included are HIIT and steady state cardio guides with detailed instructions on how to calculate your target Heart Rate. You’re even getting bonus ab workouts!

Nutrition

The included macros guide walks you through calculating your starting macros and calories custom for YOU as you begin this program, including how to add or remove calories and macros as you progress. We want you to learn the fundamentals of nutrition for fat loss and muscle building and this program will teach you the way! Included are food lists for easy grocery shopping trips and meal prep success.

Supplements

Sports supplements are not required but they can be a great part of your success when chosen and used correctly, so we’ve included a list of recommended vitamins and sports supplements, highlighted their benefits, including how much and when to take them. Adding these to your routine can help supplement your efforts in the gym and kitchen and your program includes easy links to the products so no guessing is required!
