Every Jessie’s Girls Training Program works in 3-4 phases of 12-14 weeks. You get every workout for every day, including the exercises, sets, reps and how to progress each week with your weights. As a Jessie’s Girl, you will always be training to not just look good…but feel good and perform good. That is why each phase is designed to work through all of those energy systems while you stay fueled to have the best workouts of your life!
Every Jessie’s Girls Training Program includes a detailed cardiovascular program. I outline for you which days of the week to perform the cardio, which type (steady state or High Intensity Interval Training), how long the session needs to be and how to measure your intensity. I walk you through each phase of the Jessie’s Girls program and how to increase and decrease the cardio sessions as you move through the weeks, torching fat and building muscle!
Supplements should be just that - supplemental. They aren’t required but can absolutely help you reach your goals more quickly and increase your performance in the gym. In each Jessie’s Girls Training Program (including the Prenatal Edition), I include which vitamins and supplements I recommend and why, how much and when to take them.
