    I LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout program!!! I have been working at home for years and became bored of the workouts I’d been doing so I decided to give Jessie’s home edition a shot.     I already have Jessie’s MB and BB addition so it only makes sense to have her home addition! With school being back in session, my schedule does not allow me to hit the gym. Having the opportunity to workout from home with Jessie’s amazing program is perfect. Along with the support of Jessie’s Girls it is an overall great combination!     Living a busy life is hard work. Even though I do not work, having children, maintaining a house and doing school online keeps me much moving. I started using Home Edition for about 9 weeks now and I have been amazed by the changes in my body, nutrition, and mind. I used her nutrition guidelines and those are the most important guidelines I have ever had in my life. The workouts are both successful at home and gym (when wanting to get away). Best investment ever!!! Thank you Jessie because you have helped me work something that it was taking me years to get off. Can’t wait to finish the next 5 weeks!!!!! I will try the program again!     I have been eating clean and doing HIIT training for a year and a half and have lost 70+ lbs* all by working out at home. Now that I have taken the weight off I want to build muscle and tone up. After 4 kids I need it! I have been waiting for something like this geared for at home strength training. We live in a rural area and a gym membership just isn’t convenient and I’ve spent enough money on equipment so paying for a membership somewhere just isn’t something I’m willing to do.     These books are great! I have the BB and now the home edition and hopefully the prenatal eventually. The books are so easy to read and understand. Everything is mapped out for you to eliminate the guess work. I also really appreciate the explanation behind it that Jessie gives. In the past I have used other fitness professionals and felt like There was always guessing especially on the diet end. Not here! These books are great and the support system is amazing! I am proud to be a Jessie’s Girl!!

    Love love love this program! I have MB, BB and now the Home Edition of Jessie’s programs and this one is my favorite. Jessie puts so much detail into these books to give you exactly what you need to learn how to perfectly balance your macros and get into the best shape of your life. I work in emergency services and more often than not it’s impossible for me to get to the gym so this home edition is an absolute BLESSING! I know I can still get an amazing workout after an 18 hour shift without worrying about not getting to the gym. A busy life shouldn’t get in the way of your health and fitness, and this book has helped keep my goals on track no matter what my day throws at me. THANK YOU JESSIE! This was exactly what I needed. Kick butt workouts,macro info, nutrition and supportive positive help along the way is what this is all about! Basic affordable equipment and willing to put in the work is all you need.
