    Let me first say that I am a 45 year old single mom to a little one, I work more than full-time and have been in grad school for over two years (MS in Nutrition). So, time is tight for me and planning is key for this program. I bought this book after reading about Jessie in some interviews. I also bought a one month membership just to pair it up for 30 days. Some key points in this book:
    (1) This is a short book (30 pages) so don’t be disappointed when you purchase it. It is PACKED with details and information. Any longer would be just filler and useless to those who want to get right down to it. (2) It took me two weeks to throughly go over each page and customize the program to me. You really need to buy a log book to track workouts and download ‘myfitnesspal’ to track macros. It is very very detailed. (3) You need access to a gym with various equipment. My gym doesn’t have a couple of the machines so I just went on bodybuilding.com to substitute that move. No biggie. (4) I am on phase two of this three phase program. It is broken up based on scientific knowledge on how muscles grow. I actually researched this a bit more and was pleased that she has it set up this way. And yes, I have seen some cool results so far. But from what I understand, the tough part it yet to come! (5) After listening to some “Ask Jessie” videos, I have really grown to love her. She is totally realistic and is honest about struggles and pitfalls she has shared. We all want to come off as perfect, but as perfect as Jessie seems to me she has risen the bar by disclosing some imperfections. Refreshing and honest. I also like that she has a customized meal plan with wiggle room where you don’t starve. I actually am eating all the time. In closing, $79 seems like a lot of money but if you are serious and dedicated enough, its a true bargain. It has motivated me to branch off and learn even more about fitness and how muscles grow. But for now, I am sticking to this program and plan to do it one more time to see if I can really get that body I have always dreamed of. And I feel good about this purchase since Jessie really appears to be a sincere and down to earth person who truly wants to help others.

    This program is by far, the best purchase I have ever made. Jessie gives you all of the tools to build a program fit for YOU. It is great to be able to figure out what my body needs, and fuel myself properly. Not only that, but you also have the full support of so many other women who are absolutely happy to help. We are all in this together and the support is almost unreal. I’m only a week in, but I’m never looking back… this was a life changer.

    After trying many plans and putting the time in at the gym for years I was frustrated that my efforts were not showing on my body. This book has helped me understand why I wasn’t getting results. With in a few weeks, I could already see and feel the changes! What makes this book different? The amazing support from the private FB page. Also, the tailored nutrition macro needs for each individual. In all other programs this was always lacking. I wish I would have learned about Jessie’s amazing programs years ago. I have received complements from numerous gym regulars and ask what program I’m doing. The Muscle Building program has given me that nice muscle look I’ve always longed for and confidence in and outside the gym. I have also learned that the scale is not always the best way to measure your success and I need to EAT more than I had in the past to gain more muscle.     Im a very skeptical person I’ve purchased various fitness programs that i start and never finished. I admire Jessie as an athlete ran into her programs and decided to give Muscle Building program a shot. This book has changed me so much physically and mentally. Ive learned so much about nutrition Jessies girls eat and we eat a lot. At fist the nutrition aspect seems a bit overwhelming but the Facebook group page made understanding it so much easier. The important part is learning what to eat, when to eat the right stuff, the right amount at the right time. Our bodies need fuel and specially carbs!!!! This program is designed for all fines levels. I enjoy lifting weights and this programs has definitely challenged me!! Im currently half way into it and my strength has improved tremendously , Jessie’s group page cheers me up everyday and motivates me to keep going, the page is full of support and positive people. I love the process and love my body! Thanks Jessie for being such an inspiration, a very humble person and for creating this program just for us!!!     In early 2014, I spent over $900 for a fitness instructor to the local gym to meet up for 6 months, 2 times a week, for 30 minutes each workout sessions to prepare for the Spartan race that year. Same year, I got pregnant and told my instructor to help me do a pregnancy fitness but never got the chance because his life issues got in the way. Wasted my money and wasted my time without getting help. Four weeks into the muscle building program and I have seen more change than I ever did in the first four months before my pregnancy. Says A LOT! After my recovery for my back I can’t wait to get back in the game. Best damn investment I ever did. Thank you so much Jessie!!!     Have you ever heard the saying “buy a man a fish, feed him for a day, teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime”. I truly believe that is the approach to this program, along with all of Jessie’s programs. I have completely many other programs, that are driven with a “quick fix” approach, that have left me deprived, with fleeting results. This program has equipped me with the tools to get in the best shape of my life, through 14 weeks of carefully designed workouts and flexible dieting through tracking macros and micros. One of my favorite aspects of this purchase has been the overwhelming support through the Jessie’s girls Facebook page, along with personal questions answered by Jessie herself! I can say that this alone is absolutely priceless, and one of the most differentiating components of Jessie’s programs. I personally have struggled my whole life with believing that reaching my fitness goals meant I had to deprive myself of the foods I loved, while spending tireless hours in the gym. After this program, I have put on more muscle in a shorter span of time, while still enjoying the foods I love.     Before Jessie published these e-books I had signed up on her waiting list to be a Jessie’s Girl… While I waited, I followed countless routines that I found online, but every time I found myself getting discouraged or burnt out, or just confused by some of the direction. When I saw Jessie announce that she was publishing her programs, I jumped at the chance to purchase the MB program immediately, and I proudly told everyone who would listen that I was FINALLY a real Jessie’s Girl! I had NO idea just how much the book would change my outlook on life, especially how to fuel myself properly and how to adjust my weight/rest progressions to continue to see results without getting stuck.
    Jessie’s passion for sharing her knowledge with us, really shines through these pages, as she teaches you how to calculate your own macros and explains how to modify them as necessary. She shares with you her exact supplement scheduling (with convenient links to purchase/find them) and her incredible muscle building workout program.
    The physical changes I saw in myself the first time through the program were incredible, but they were NOTHING compared to the mental and emotional changes. This book has TRULY changed my life. It has taught me that I can lift heavy and eat TONS of food and be happy while I’m doing it.     LOVE! This has been absolutely the only program I have been able to stick with ever!!! Not only are the workouts fun and exciting and different but the nutrition that you learn from this book I will use for the rest of my life! Once everything was broken down its like a light bulb went off and I actually understand why the diet is the way it is. Also being a member of Jessie’s site and having her answer a number of my questions she has personally helped me so much because I add in extra training and needed extra calories!!     I can’t say enough about this program! To say I love it would be an understatement. I am currently on my second round of this program and am seeing muscle definition that I thought was never possible.     Best ebook ever and best decision I’ve ever made! ! All the tools you need…..it simply explains how to caculate you macros for your body, what exercises to do on which days and your sets and reps. It lays everything out for you. I have always had a knowledge of nutrition and lifted in the gym, but with this ebook, its the first time I am truely seeing the results and definition in my body that Ive always worked so hard for……and get to eat a lot! I have followed Jessie on Facebook for awhile and saw several mentions of her ebooks, including amazing before and after photos…… I was a little hesitant at first, but have been hooked ever since I made the purchase. Also, love the fact that you are part of a private Facebook page full of other women on the same journey. This has helped keep me on track along with the ebook. This book and the Jessie’s girls FB page have kept me on track even through extremely stressful times in my life. Always motivating, women building each other up, not tearing each other down!     This book will change your life and the way you look at fitness!! Before Jessie’s Muscle Building program I had a very unhealthy relationship with food and not eating properly for muscle growth, did lots of HIIT cardio and all my weights were high rep sets thinking that’s what I needed to put on muscle and keep off body fat.     I love this book and routine. I found it easy to follow and not overwhelming. I like how it breaks down what to eat and that you have examples to give people ideas. I have my certification as a fitness trainer and I felt was easy for everyone to understand and not just a pile of information it gives you steps and is easy to follow.The book is a wonderful start to anyone’s fitness journey.     This book is a very humbling workout manual for anyone that’s serious about changing their physique using the right tools. I’ve been challenged throughout this journey in both the mental and the physical realms. Each workout is tough but totally manageable. The set and rep ranges are constantly changing and the exercises change every four weeks. Your body and mind do not have time to get bored on this program, and the results don’t lie. This book is designed for you, as you are now, to become your best self through a 14 week journey. I am so in love with all the tools I’ve gotten as a part of being a Jessie’s girl that I am going to repeat this program several times. I would say forever, but I need to give some of her other kick butt programs a try too! You won’t regret the purchase of this book, and you will be lifted up by an entire community of women on the same mission as you!

    The MB ebook has changed my life & educated me more as a CPT, most importantly taught me Macros & Micros which is helped me allot in my Nutrition level’s & with studying for my NFS!! The most important aspect is Jessie getting back to my email’s & giving me undivided support with my struggles with no Testosterone levels via my blood draws, with that awesome support, I’ve conquered it with getting medical help to add it back into my system Naturally!!     This is by far one of the best programs I have ever purchased- and I have tried them all. Worth every penny that you pay- the plan is 100% customized to you and it helps you understand WHY you are doing the workouts, what they target and do to your muscles, and why you eat what you eat. So many people never understand how eating the right amount of fats, carbs, proteins, fiber, etc. affects your workouts, muscle building, etc. Supplements are totally debunked in this program and the support from Jessie is SECOND TO NONE! In love with this program an absolute MUST BUY!
