Definitely! Each workout will have the gym and home version to give you the flexibility to workout from where you are able – you only need a few minimal pieces of home workout equipment.
I’ve got you girl, that’s why I made this a 5-week, 4 days per week lifting program where you get the workouts done in just about an hour (if you’re brand new to lifting or your gym space, it may take you a few extra minutes to find your equipment, etc). Think about it…that’s only 4-5 hours per week dedicated to strength training. You can do this! The rest of the challenge focuses on hydration, personal development, being in nature, and practicing gratitude. ALL things that will improve your life in incredible ways AND do with your family or while you’re doing a regular task. You’ll be in a group with over 10,000 women in a similar situation and we’re all here to keep each other accountable. This program focuses YOU without ANY fluff so you can have efficient workouts and become the best version of you!
Here’s the deal, you can do this entire fitness challenge just for the workouts. You can do it just to learn about macros. You can do it for the workouts and macros and, just like all the Jessie’s Girls programs and challenges, you can absolutely change your life and get fit and healthy. But what’s the point of having muscles and eating well if you’re not……..happy? I know this because it is ME. I have built an incredible physique and am a macro gangster. It LOOKS like I have my shit together. But every day I beat myself up and talk negatively to myself because I KNOW I can wake up an hour before my kids do so that I have time to get ready before the toddler tornado…I KNOW I can drink more water…I KNOW I can finish that book…I KNOW I can practice gratitude and get out in nature for a few minutes each day. But……………I don’t. I feel like every day is the same, I’m always rushed, and I’m always looking forward to once the kids are in bed so I can finally sink into the couch, turn the Bachelor on with a glass of wine and *hope* that maybe tomorrow I will finally wake up to that alarm, take 10 minutes out of my day to go for a walk and listen to that audio book I started in February. But I never do. And I know that there are so many of you reading this right now that feel me on this. Of course we know HOW to do these things…but we let other people’s schedules and emergencies derail our own schedules, and we put a million people and things before ourselves. This challenge and the habit and accountability tracker I’ve designed for you is made to begin working the wonderful things that are so good for you into your life. Just small minutes each day, we all have those. If we have 10 minutes to scroll our phones or watch a reality TV show, we HAVE a few small minutes each day to improve our life. And, trust me, I’m a wildy busy mom of two so none of these things are going to include 2 workouts a day plus 30 minutes of personal development. There just ISN’T time for that and what a contradiction it would be for me to build a Jessie’s Girls fitness challenge for you that stresses you out. I’ve tried habit trackers but I never stick with them…and part of that reason is because no one is holding me accountable. That alone makes a HUGE difference. So this challenge, we will begin to introduce small things, track them, and share with the amazing ladies going through this challenge with you. Magic.
If you have a goal of growing and building muscles, one of the most effective workouts is a PPL split – Push, Pull, and Legs. Your Push Day will be mostly upper body for working muscles that help you push – such as chest, shoulders, and triceps. Your Pull Day is another upper body day for working muscles that help you pull – such as back and biceps. Then we get…Leg Day! This day will be all lower body working the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. I love this type of split so much because you’ll hit overlapping muscles in one workout, which gives you a badass workout while saving time!

The Jessie’s Girls daily workouts are the badass workouts you know and love from Jessie’s Girls in a daily format for when you’re not following one of the full Jessie’s Girls programs or are just looking for some badass everyday workouts. These daily workouts are perfect for when you are in between programs or if you are new to the Jessie’s Girls community and looking to give our workouts a try. Every month I’ll post your training split that you can view or download to print and hang up to track your workouts. You will get 4 strength training workouts every week (includes abs) and instructions on how and when to add in active recovery, cardio, and rest days. I have built and programmed all workouts month by month so that you achieve long-lasting and consistent results. Each day/week you can login and find your daily workouts – I keep them live for 1 week so you have plenty of time to get it done or screenshot for later!
Heck yes you can! The Jessie’s Girls daily workouts are written for ALL fitness levels. Whether you’re new to training or a seasoned lifter the daily workouts will provide scalable options and be the perfect push! EVERY SINGLE exercise is matched with a home option so you can do these daily workouts in the gym or at home with bands and dumbbells.
To follow the daily workouts for home you’ll need minimal equipment. The workouts are written using only dumbbells, bands, stability ball, a box or bench, a medicine ball, and a doorway pull up bar (or something to pull your body’s weight up to – no excuses! This can be a tree branch, fence, secure ladder, door, etc. The Jessie’s Girls Facebook group is FULL of ideas!!) If you need help modifying any of the exercises just make a post and we will help you 365 days per year!

Just log into your account and select “Subscriptions” under the “My Account” drop down menu. Then, click the subscription # in the list or click “View” next your your subscription in the list. From there, scroll down to “Actions” and you’ll be able to select “Change Payment” to enter your new payment info.
You may cancel your membership anytime so that your next month’s or year’s auto-renewal will not go through. For monthly subscriptions, refunds are not available for the first month you sign up for. You can cancel at any point during your first 30 days of a monthly subscription level and you will have full access through that billing cycle regardless of the day you cancel. All monthly memberships renew monthly on your original sign up date (ex: you signed up on July 17 your renewal will process on August 17). There are no refunds for annual subscriptions, and you may cancel anytime during the year to avoid your annual subscription renewal, you will always have full access to the membership through the entire 12 months of your membership regardless of the day you cancel. For both monthly and annual subscriptions, make sure you cancel at least 3 business days before your renewal date so the charge won’t process and you won’t be charged your next billing cycle’s dues. If you made a 50% deposit when reserving your spot at Jessie’s Girls Training Camp, then just log in to your account, click My Profile, My Purchases, and to the right of your Camp Reservation Purchase you will find “Pay My Balance”. You will also notice a Liability Waiver button, please digitially sign the waiver before attending Camp.
Things come up and we understand that!! If you’re unable to attend the camp you originally reserved, you may transfer your reservation to a different date ONE TIME as long as it is done before 60 days before camp. Just email camp@jessiefitness.com to get this taken care of.
Meals and accomodations are not provided for Jessie’s Girls Training Camps, but we do provide snacks at the Meet and Greet on Friday, and you will get a lunch break on Saturday.

The itinerary will be sent out one week before Jessie’s Girls Training, just to give you an idea of what you are in for! :) But the important things to know: Meet and Greet starts Friday at 6pm and goes until approximately 8pm. Unlike the Muscle Building (MB) series, the Bikini Body (BB) series both follow the same training techniques, BB2 introduces additional workouts.
Muscle Building 1 (MB1) and Muscle Building 2 (MB2) are my original muscle building training programs, these are training protocols and workouts are exactly what I used when competing as an IFBB Pro. MB2 is an extension of MB1 and includes more advanced training techniques. I recommend completing all of MB1 before you start MB2.
The Jessie’s Girls Prenatal Edition will take you through 9 phases of training, with consideration for the first trimester, when you might not be feeling your best, on to the second trimester when you most likely will have more strength and energy, and then you will move into the third trimester as you prepare for your sweet babe to arrive! This program is written so that you can begin anytime during your pregnancy.
The Jessie’s Girls Facebook page is amazing to ask questions about modifications or what equipment makes a great substitute for a particular exercise!
For Muscle Building, Muscle Building 2, Bikini Body and Bikini Body 2, Prenatal Edition, and JG40 you will need a gym membership, stopwatch, you training logs (in your program), heart rate monitor, tape measure, weight scale, and food scale. You will also need At least ONE of the following for your HIIT cardio: plyo box for box jumps, jump rope, weighted prowler or sled for sprints/pulls, battle ropes for battle roping awesomeness, medicine ball for squat jump slams or throws, incline treadmill for sprints.
For Home Edition you will need: Your training logs, stopwatch, heart rate monitor, tape measure, weight scale, food scale, bench/box for jumping, stability ball, medicine ball, jump rope, slider plates, a variety of bands dumbbells, and a pull-up Bar
A gym membership is recommended for Muscle Building 1 & 2, Bikini Body 1 & 2, and Prenatal Edition. Home Edition was designed to do 100% at home, JG40 also has home versions of every workout!

Yes! Jessie’s Girls Training Programs follow IIFYM (If it fits your macros). Jessie gives you her calculations to figure out how many calories YOUR body needs each day and how many macros that requires to reach your goal. Each Jessie’s Girls Training Program includes all the information you need to calculate the macros needed to fuel your body where it is right now, and the information on how to manipulate your macros according to your goals and progress.
Jessie’s Girls Training Programs are for women of ALL training levels!
If you want to build more muscle while burning fat, then I would recommend the Muscle Building program. If you are happy with your existing muscle mass and want to maintain that muscle, while burning fat and tightening up, then I recommend the Bikini Body program. Both of these programs were written for training to take place in a gym, although some people have been able to complete the programs from a home gym. If you do not have a well equipped gym, then the Home Edition is a totally kick-ass program that doesn’t slack off just because you’re training from home!
