How do I get more fiber in without taking in more sugar?

I recommend choosing foods such as Avocado, apples, grapefruit, strawberries, flax and chia seeds, squash, artichokes, kale, spinach, mushrooms, oatmeal, quinoa, brown rice, whole grain tortillas/pasta/bagels, etc!!! There are so many yummy foods that are lower in sugar but help you get in your fiber each day!
