What kind of info are you receiving from your body? How is your energy level? Sleep? Moods? On a scale of 1 - 10, where would you rate these things? If you are closer to the 10 - you're feeling good, sleeping well and you're not going from zero to 100 in fits of rage or weepiness, then it sounds like you're eating enough calories to support your energy expenditure. Now, what are your clothes saying? Is it getting harder or easier to button your favorite jeans? If your clothes are getting snug, now might be a good time to recalculate to a lower calorie amount. If your clothes are fitting well and the same, then it sounds like you have found your maintenance calories for your current energy output. If your clothes are getting loose, you may be in a deficit. You know your body best - lean into that relationship!
