This weeks 5 sets with 5 reps, should I start off with my current weigh I was using in my last program from a few days ago?
Hi! If you were doing the Jessie's Girls Daily workouts last month you just came off a 3x12 week which is 36 total reps. 5x5s are 25 total reps so I would suggest bumping up your weight from last week (as long as last week felt good to you)!
