Ingredients:
- 2 brown rice tortillas
- flank steak
- avocado
- Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- chopped spinach
Preparation Instructions:
Chop avocados and spinach. Grill flank steak to desired temperature and melt Mozzarella cheese over steak once almost done cooking. Warm tortillas while cheese is melting and assemble!
