Ingredients:
- 4oz ground lean turkey
- 1 cup white or brown rice (white rice for PWO)
- broccoli (remove for PWO)
- green beans
- bell peppers
- Sriracha
Preparation Instructions:
Cook rice according to directions (I like to to precook ALL of my rice in a rice cooker every Sunday so I have it on hand all week!). Steam vegetables in a steamer while you cook turkey in pan on stove until thoroughly cooked. Don’t over-cook your veggies as they lose their nutritional value! Mix all cooked items together in a bowl and add Sriracha to taste – enjoy!
